By booking through avygo.in/, you agree to the following terms:
- All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment.
- Prices and availability are subject to change until full payment is received.
- AVYGO acts as a travel agent and partner with IATA-certified consolidators such as TBO, Agoda, Expedia, Trip, Booking.
- Traveler documents such as passports, visas, and ID proofs are the responsibility of the client.
- AVYGO is not liable for delays, cancellations, or force majeure events beyond its control.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian jurisdiction (Punjab).
